Very rude service from PARVI the sales girl… she has no manners arrogant and condescending…Also this dealership is very expensive as well…!!Will never return with any of my cars… I now get my vehicles serviced by MB Star in Balcatta where they are polite professional honest and well priced…

Maybe a bad day, but not the best experience when asking about a CLA Model service pricing.

I will never ever going here . I had an appointment in Mercedes. There were 4 girls on reception desk non of whom acknowledged, they just looked like models with a lot of makeups with no sense of customer service they kept talking with each other . It was so rude .

I am extremely grateful for the exceptional service provided by service advisor Parvi and workshop foreman Luke for taking care of my vehicle servicing needs and diagnosing faults. Their commitment to excellence sets the standard for a Mercedes service centre operations. Throughout the process, the communication has been clear, and Luke demonstrated determination and application of his knowledge in identifying root causes that had been overlooked by other Mercedes workshops. I highly recommend their expertise and professionalism to anyone in need of reliable automotive care.

Bought my car from the other Mercedes garage in Peth and tried them for service, their customer service is appalling. Came here, George looks after me and he is brilliant. Goes out of his way each time to help, I can call and he gives advice, I just popped in and he checked my tyre wear and gave advice on how much longer I can run them, saving me money! Outstanding service, make sure you ask for George!

Spare PartsAfter an unfortunate collision with a bird I needed to order a part for the front of my car.I visited the impressive building housing the Parts Department and was met by Charlie the amazing Parts Lady.I showed Charlie a picture of what I needed and she knew immediately what needed to be ordered.The part wasn’t exactly cheap but it is a genuine part. I was told that it could take several days to arrive as it was coming from interstate.Charlie also called a Panel Shop close by to get a price for colour matching the part to my car.The next day I got a call to let me know the part had arrived.When I went to collect the part, Charlie once again called the Panel Shop to confirm the price and to let them know I was on the way.I realise that my part wasn’t large or super expensive, however the service I received was outstanding. Congratulations Charlie for your work ethic and Mercedes for employing her.
