Amazing service. My family has been their customer for long time but it was my first time personally buying a car from them. Their service for pre used vehicle sale really left all the other pre used dealerships in shadow. Definitely, i will be going back to buy more brand new and pre used vehicles from them. Ps. when you are there to purchase pre used vehicle ask for George, he is very helpful, and doing all he can to make sure you leave there with zero doubts in your head.

Top quality service and good pricing, out of 3 quotes including 2 well known non dealer repair shops they were less than half the cost.Don't be fooled buy others offering cheaper services then trying to money grab on repairs and parts. I wouldn't go anywhere else now, immaculate workshop, great service and trustworthy.Seriously if you have a Mercedes take it to these guys!

DO NOT get your Mercedes serviced here!! If there was an award for terrible customer service and poor service standards - you better believe they get a gold medal!We had our GLE brought in multiple times regarding same system and diagnostics issues. And each time they persisted to just delete the faults from the system but not actually investigate the issues. It is actually extremely unethical given these issues were to do with airbag and restraint system malfunctions. Also know that you will rarely get a loan vehicle , they won't wash and clean your car as promised either. I'm pretty sure they take your car and leave it overnight to collect some dust and then give it a little pat on the back and hand it to you the next day with an invoice.Some word of advice to PRAVEEN - Get up off your chair and answer the phone. Don't shout at your customers. There are children with better manners. Lower your voice, you work at a car dealership honey!

Rude used car sales manager!We are looking after for used BMW X3 20d 2019 that we saw in internetToday we visited the dealershit and was served by a used car sales and we took a test drive for 10 minute approx to make sure the everything is ok.Then we are asking for the best offer for the car and the salesman called his sales manager" and when the manager are there he only explain that the car he sell are fully optioned than the other car on the market in carsales and keep asking me if this is the only car we are looking for today.After i told the rude manager that we are still comparing other cars in this class his face turn very red like he were mad?.And when i end the conversation he squeeze the GP paper that he showed us and throw it to bin in front of my 64 years old mom! Left us without permission or saying thank you whatsoeverWhat a rude behaviour!We plan buy the car tomorrow if my dad likes it but what he did to me and mom are unacceptable.Well you lost my business and i lost my time.If i were the owner of this dealershit and i know my manager doing this to customer i would fired tha RUDE manager straight away before it happen to other serious buyer.I was diesel motor customer back then with my C200 kompressor at Diesel motor.Tony"

I live in another state and have bought an expensive AMG here this year. They did not disclose all the issues to me over the phone. The front bumper paint is not original, the whole bumper has been resprayed and the colour does not match with the vehicle paint. The wheel has been badly repaired before but can still see the scratches. There are also stone chips and several deep scratches along the cant rail and the sunroof. Such a shame for them, I regret my purchase so much and would not recommend anyone buying from this shop.

Incompetency and ignorance, kept returning car from service with leaks and screaming noise, unbelievable MB tolerates them a as they dealer.Left car for a service and received it with leak, appealed straight away but got booked only after 3 weeks, then got I back with leak again, appealed, booked in another 5 weeks, came back with leak, again, then 7 times in a row like this, once got car back after 9 weeks, was left with leak for the Christmas and holiday break, had to cancel long weekend trip s no car. Then after 7 months of driving with leak, low oil level and fault lights on the dashboard, it came back from subsequent service with screaming noise from the engine. Another 3 visits about it, complaining to highest instances around the world, but all they pointed me back to dealer, who said, it's a normal wear, nothing to the bad workmanship or to be covered by service warranty, asked me to pay for damage done to the car by their substandard work. Within last year car was under service with them, for 3 month altogether, 11 visits, oil leaks has ruined my driveway, they had shortened its life and added a horrible service history , but no compensation whatsoever, just usual ignorance from the management and rudeness from receptionist, who will understand is wrong only after same will happened to him, one day.Having Mercedes in Europe before, ,knowing the quality and top service, I've bought one here, highly regretted soon after, I've just lost faith in the brand, will never buy or recommend it any more.

Worst customer service ever. I have been calling them for the last 3 days so I can book an appointment to update gps in my Mercedes. I have called about 7-8 times. Each time my call was transferred from the parts department to the service department, then the receptionist and then the same circle again. I mentioned my concern to the receptionist yesterday, so she promised to get back to me with an answer to my query. Of course, I heard nothingAfter reading reviews initially, I bought my car from a different dealer early this year. I thought how much they can disappoint me it's only a gps update. But I was wrong. I live 5 mins away from this specific store. But I will never ever go or try to contact them againRather, drive far to get a better service. Disappointment is an under statement.Very poorly run business

Took my car for service and then a repair for an oil leak. Oil leak was still there, called and booked a date, I took it in and they were honest and said it was them due to using shorter bolts, they repaired at no charge and also said to come in after 1,000km’s for a free check up! Very honest and trustworthy! Highly recommend them if you have a Mercedes!!
